Please note that although we don’t mind you calling our technicians directly, this will not be the fastest or the most effective way to get assistance from us. This is because the technician may either not be in a position to be able to help you immediately, or they may not be the most relevantly qualified person to help you. 
BDS Provides helpdesk support 24hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year, with qualified and specialized technicians readily available in Lilongwe, Blantyre, Limbe and Mzuzu.
Customers wanting assistance, or experiencing problems should email us by clicking the HELPDESK link above or call their nearest office and ask for the helpdesk; faults are logged on a computerized system and the next available, most appropriately qualified technician will be assigned to help you. 
‘Out of Hours’ numbers should only be called after 5pm and before 7:30am on weekdays, all day at the weekend and on Public Holidays.
